Luen Huei Electronics Co. Ltd is looking for qualified Female Factory Workers to join its electronics manufacturing operations in Taiwan. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating production machinery, performing assembly and soldering tasks, and ensuring that electronic components meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

FEMALE FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• 20 to 30 years old.
• Height: At least 153 cm.
• Weight: 65 kg or below.
• Must have an Associate Degree or higher.
• Experience as a Machine Operator in an electronics or semiconductor company, or with soldering experience, is required.
  Must have no tattoo.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines used in electronics and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Assemble electronic components and perform soldering work according to production specifications.
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and report any equipment issues to supervisors.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Handle materials and finished products with care to prevent damage.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the employer.
