Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Beautician, Hairdresser, or in a closely related salon position.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Skilled in ladies’ haircutting and hair styling.
• Experience in hair coloring, including highlights and balayage.
• Proficient in blow-drying and providing professional hair treatments.
• Skilled in eyebrow threading and shaping.
• Experienced in facial and body waxing services.
• Strong knowledge of professional facial and body waxing techniques.
• Good understanding of proper hair preparation, coloring, styling, waxing, threading, and beauty treatment procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver neat, precise, and professional results.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.
• Customer-focused, courteous, professional, and attentive to client needs.
• Knowledge of salon hygiene, sanitation, safety, and proper handling of beauty products and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment while maintaining service quality.
• Reliable, hardworking, organized, and willing to work as part of a professional beauty team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional ladies’ haircutting, styling, and hair grooming services according to client preferences.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle, color, treatment, and overall beauty requirements.
• Perform hair coloring services, including highlights and balayage, using appropriate techniques and products.
• Prepare and apply hair color accurately while following product instructions and salon procedures.
• Perform professional blow-drying and styling services for different hair types and styles.
• Provide appropriate hair treatments based on the client’s hair condition and requested service.
• Assess hair condition before performing coloring, chemical, or treatment services and recommend suitable options when necessary.
• Perform eyebrow threading and shaping according to the client’s preferred style and facial features.
• Provide professional facial and body waxing services using appropriate techniques and salon products.
• Prepare clients properly before waxing and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the service.
• Follow proper waxing procedures to achieve clean, effective, and hygienic results.
• Maintain proper sanitation and hygiene when performing hair, threading, waxing, and other beauty services.
• Clean and sanitize salon tools, equipment, workstations, and treatment areas before and after each service.
• Handle beauty products, hair chemicals, waxing materials, and other salon supplies safely and appropriately.
• Monitor clients during treatments and respond professionally to any concerns or discomfort.
• Provide aftercare instructions for hair coloring, hair treatments, threading, and waxing services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, comfortable, and professional salon environment.
• Recommend appropriate hair and beauty products or services based on clients’ needs when suitable.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to encourage client satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Follow salon policies, service standards, health and safety procedures, and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain awareness of current hair styling, coloring, waxing, and beauty trends and techniques.
• Perform other beautician and salon-related duties assigned by management.
