Quanta Computer Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Factory Worker (Semiconductor) in Taiwan. The successful applicants will be responsible for semiconductor manufacturing operations, product processing, quality inspection, and ensuring that products meet required specifications before distribution

FACTORY WORKER (SEMICONDUCTOR)

Qualifications:

  • Applicants with no work experience are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in any of the following fields:
    • Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication)
    • Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
    • Engineering (Industrial)
    • Engineering (Mechanical)
    • Related engineering fields
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or molding processes is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in a factory/production environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented and committed to maintaining quality standards.
  • Able to follow technical instructions and production procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Process semiconductor products according to required quantity, specifications, and production standards.
  • Perform inspection to ensure products are free from defects before distribution.
  • Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.
  • Report defective machines, equipment issues, and production abnormalities.
  • Monitor and manage supply inventories needed for production operations.
  • Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
  • Support production targets while maintaining product quality.
