Yokoyama Seisakusyo Co. is seeking skilled Factory Workers / Plastic Molding Injection Machine Operators to join its manufacturing team in Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming plastic injection molding machines, ensuring consistent product quality, performing visual inspections, and maintaining efficient production processes while adhering to Japanese manufacturing standards.

Factory Worker / Plastic Molding Injection Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience operating and programming plastic injection molding machines.
• Experience in plastic molding injection processes.
• Experience performing visual inspection of finished products.
• Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Must be a first-time applicant for employment in Japan.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and adapt to Japanese workplace standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and program plastic injection molding machines according to production requirements.
• Set up machines, adjust operating parameters, and monitor production runs to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform visual inspections of molded plastic products to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks and document inspection results.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic machine adjustments when necessary.
• Monitor raw material usage and ensure proper machine operation throughout production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area and equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality assurance guidelines, and workplace safety regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production personnel to meet daily production targets.
• Report machine malfunctions, product defects, and production concerns promptly.
