Yageo Corporation is seeking qualified and hardworking Factory Worker to join its manufacturing operations in Taiwan. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating production equipment, assisting in manufacturing processes, maintaining product quality, and following workplace safety standards to ensure efficient factory operations.
Factory Worker
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Age requirement: 35 years old and below.
- Height requirement: 165 cm and above.
- At least Vocational Graduate.
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a production environment and follow shifting schedules if required.
- Physically fit, responsible, and able to perform repetitive production tasks.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines and equipment according to company procedures and production requirements.
- Perform assembly, inspection, packaging, and other manufacturing-related tasks.
- Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Conduct basic machine checks and report any operational issues to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow work instructions.
- Keep the workplace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow company policies, production schedules, and quality control procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
