Non Sheng Company Limited is seeking qualified and hardworking Factory Workers to support daily production and processing operations. The ideal candidates should be physically fit, responsible, and capable of performing routine factory tasks while following workplace safety and production procedures.

Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in poultry farming are preferred and should be prepared to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced production environment.

 Factory Worker

Qualifications:

• Male or Female applicants are welcome.
• Must be 24–35 years old.
• Minimum height of 165 cm.
• Must be at least a High School Graduate.
• At least 1 year of work experience in poultry farming is required.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual and repetitive work.
• Willing to work in a factory or poultry-related production environment.
• Able to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Must have complete employment and application documents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general factory and production duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Assist with the handling, sorting, processing, packing, and preparation of products.
• Operate basic production tools and equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform repetitive manual tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Assist in loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials and products.
• Follow workplace safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned work area.
• Inspect products or materials for quality and report defects or irregularities.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and company policies.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and fellow workers to meet production targets.
• Properly use and maintain assigned tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other factory-related duties as assigned by management.
