FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Open to male and female applicants.
• Must be between 21 and 32 years old.
• Minimum height requirement: 156 cm for female applicants and 165 cm for male applicants.
• Must have completed at least one year of college, with proof of educational attainment.
• Must have no visible tattoos, as specified in the vacancy requirements.
• Must not be color blind.
• Must be willing to follow factory policies, production procedures, and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily factory production and manufacturing activities.
• Operate or assist in operating production equipment and machinery, subject to training and authorization.
• Inspect products and materials for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform assembly, sorting, packaging, labeling, and other assigned production tasks.
• Follow production schedules, workplace procedures, and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned work area.
• Observe workplace safety rules and proper handling procedures for materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
