King Yuan Electronics Co. Ltd. (KYEC) is seeking qualified Factory Workers to support electronics and semiconductor manufacturing operations in Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, testing, and repairing electronic equipment while ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards.

FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any of the following or related fields:
    • Computer Science / Information Technology
    • Computer Engineering
    • Electrical or Electronics Engineering
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Telecommunications Engineering
    • Other related engineering disciplines (except Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, and Geodetic Engineering).
  • Graduates of non-engineering courses are accepted provided they have at least 1 year of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • Ex-Taiwan applicants are welcome to apply.
  • Left-handed applicants and applicants with tattoos are accepted.
  • Knowledge of electronics maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in a manufacturing or semiconductor production environment.
  • Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to follow strict quality and safety standards.
  • Willing to work in Taiwan under the company’s employment policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scheduled maintenance and routine inspections of electronic equipment and production systems to prevent failures.
  • Test, calibrate, and verify electronic devices and components to ensure they meet company and industry quality standards.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic devices, equipment, and production systems.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and report major technical issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and production records.
  • Follow cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and production personnel to achieve production targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Perform other production and technical duties as assigned.
