FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Male and Female applicants are welcome to apply.
• 20 to 30 years old.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willing to work in Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of automotive electronic components.
• Assemble electronic parts and components according to production standards and work instructions.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control guidelines, and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Handle materials and finished products carefully to prevent damage.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the employer.
