Yung Cheng Feng Engineering Co., Ltd. is currently hiring Factory Workers with solid experience in masonry and construction works. The selected candidates will be responsible for performing structural and concrete-related tasks, including rebar installation, formwork assembly, and cement finishing works to support ongoing construction projects.

Factory Worker (Experience in Masonry)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in construction-related work
• Experience in rebar installation, formwork, shuttering, cement works, and masonry is required
• Must be at least a High School Graduate
• Preferably an Electrical Engineering graduate
• Strong practical skills in construction and structural works
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments

Responsibilities:

• Perform rebar installation and steel fixing based on construction plans and specifications
• Assemble and dismantle formwork and shuttering for concrete structures
• Prepare, mix, pour, and finish cement and concrete works
• Ensure accuracy and quality in masonry and structural construction tasks
• Follow safety procedures and construction standards at all times
• Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams for project requirements

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: NT$29,500 (approx. PHP 55,000 Pesos)
• No placement fee

Requirements:

• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
