Executive Warehouse
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Experience supervising or coordinating warehouse personnel is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch procedures.
- Good understanding of inventory management and stock control.
- Ability to conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Familiarity with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and inventory software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production, purchasing, logistics, and other departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
- Reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Receive and verify incoming raw materials, finished products, supplies, and other warehouse items.
- Check quantities, specifications, and documentation against purchase orders and delivery records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and organization of inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate the timely issuance and dispatch of materials and finished products.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, and inventory variances.
- Maintain accurate records for goods received, goods issued, stock transfers, returns, and dispatches.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, sales, logistics, and other departments regarding warehouse requirements.
- Ensure proper application of FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure efficient arrangement of materials.
- Ensure materials and products are handled properly to minimize damage, loss, or deterioration.
- Maintain accurate warehouse reports, inventory records, and operational documentation.
- Use warehouse management systems, ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Excel as required.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance, operational, or safety concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory controls, health and safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational processes.
- Prepare regular warehouse and inventory reports for management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
