EXCAVATOR (TITP)

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience operating excavators or similar heavy equipment, supported by a Certificate of Employment (COE).
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for overseas employment.
• Capable of operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Must be willing to undergo a skills test and/or trade test to demonstrate competency and experience.
• Must be willing to undergo a medical examination, with the cost payable to a DOH-accredited clinic.
• Willing to work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, grading, and earthmoving work.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on heavy equipment.
• Excavate, load, move, and level soil, gravel, and other construction materials according to project requirements.
• Follow site plans, supervisor instructions, and safety regulations during operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Ensure safe operation around personnel, utilities, and other construction equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly secure equipment after use.
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.
