DAEWOO E&C CO., LTD. is seeking experienced and skilled Engine Supervisors for deployment to Mozambique. The successful candidate will oversee engine maintenance, operational efficiency, and technical supervision within Oil & Gas industry operations.

ENGINE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Must possess experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Must hold a valid third-party ID/certificate.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and NCII certification.
  • Candidates must be aged between 30 and 50 years old.
  • Strong knowledge of engine systems, maintenance procedures, and industrial equipment operations.
  • Ability to supervise technical teams and coordinate maintenance activities efficiently.
  • Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in industrial and site environments.
  • Ability to follow workplace safety standards and operational procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair operations on site.
  • Monitor engine performance and ensure operational efficiency of equipment and machinery.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules with technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas industry safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and technical assessments of engines and related systems.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and operational documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel regarding technical requirements.
  • Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Support operational continuity by minimizing equipment downtime and mechanical issues.
  • Report major technical concerns, hazards, or operational risks to management immediately.
