NMDC Group is seeking experienced Electricians to perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works on construction vessels and offshore facilities in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment.

ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

• Technical qualification (IT Diploma or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Offshore experience is required.
  • Knowledge and experience in:
  • Electrical systems on construction vessels
  • Generators and motors
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Wiring schematics and diagrams
  • Basic HVAC systems
• Ability to identify and resolve electrical problems efficiently.
• Strong awareness of electrical safety standards and procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working in offshore and marine environments.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair activities on construction vessels.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, wiring, and control circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Install, test, and maintain generators, motors, and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective maintenance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of basic HVAC electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and offshore work standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to complete assigned tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.
