Domestic Worker

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Candidates must be at least 24 years old.
• Previous experience as a Nanny, Babysitter, Childcare Provider, or Domestic Worker is preferred.
• Experience caring for infants and children is an advantage.
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing household and childcare duties.
• Patient, honest, responsible, trustworthy, and hardworking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage daily household responsibilities efficiently.
• Willing to follow the employer’s instructions and household rules.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in the workplace.
• Must be adaptable to the family’s daily routines and household requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home.
• Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and other parts of the household.
• Prepare and cook daily meals according to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
• Assist with meal planning, grocery preparation, food preparation, and kitchen organization.
• Wash, dry, iron, fold, and properly organize clothes and household linens.
• Take care of infants and children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and preparing them for school.
• Accompany children to school, activities, appointments, or other scheduled activities when required.
• Engage children in age-appropriate educational, recreational, and indoor or outdoor activities.
• Assist with the care and supervision of elderly family members when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hygienic, and organized household environment.
• Manage daily household tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities to ensure duties are completed on time.
• Follow the employer’s instructions, household rules, schedules, and established routines.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the family’s personal information and household affairs.
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, honesty, and respect toward all family members.
• Perform other reasonable household duties as assigned by the employer.
