Danube Company Ltd. is seeking an experienced Department Manager to oversee the operations of a specific department, manage staff, and ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive departmental performance.

DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve departmental goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all departmental activities and staff.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations to meet company standards and targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, expenses, and inventory.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance to ensure a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to maintain excellent service.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to senior management on departmental performance.
