CREW MEMBER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• 24–35 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant, café, fast-food, or food service establishment.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Presentable appearance with a positive and customer-friendly personality.
• Knowledge of food service procedures and menu presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must possess a valid passport.
• Muslim applicants only.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and assist guests with menu selections.
• Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the food menu to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer payments accurately.
• Ensure food preparation, serving, and storage comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Keep dining areas, counters, kitchen workstations, and service areas clean and organized.
• Replenish food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies as needed.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.
• Follow company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory checks.
• Perform other food service and restaurant duties assigned by supervisors.
