COOPERANTE D.O.O. is seeking skilled Construction Technicians to perform the installation, assembly, and commissioning of technical systems and equipment for construction projects. The successful candidates will work with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while ensuring that all installations comply with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in construction, installation, or technical assembly.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Technical diploma or vocational certificate in Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, or a related technical field.
  • TESDA NC II/III or other relevant technical and safety certifications are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to independently install, assemble, connect, test, and commission technical equipment.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction safety standards and safe work practices.
  • Physically fit and capable of working on construction sites.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, assemble, connect, and commission construction-related technical equipment and systems.
  • Read, interpret, and execute work based on technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and installation plans.
  • Perform installation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC components.
  • Conduct equipment alignment, assembly, testing, and functional verification prior to commissioning.
  • Inspect materials, tools, and equipment before installation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on installed systems when required.
  • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Ensure all installations comply with project requirements, technical standards, and local building regulations.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor work quality and report defects, technical issues, or project deviations to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate installation records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
  • Follow workplace health, safety, environmental, and quality management procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform other construction and technical duties assigned by management.
