Our employer is in need of the following position for Kuwait:

COMMIS III

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant kitchen experience
• No minimum educational requirement
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and food safety

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, fruits, and meats according to recipe specifications
• Assist in daily food production, plating, and kitchen operations
• Set up and clean workstations (mise-en-place) to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations thoroughly, maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation
• Handle proper food storage and waste management in accordance with health and safety standards
• Support senior chefs in high-volume meal production efficiently
