Clean Room Technician (Aviation Industry)

Qualifications:

• Must be a Filipino applicant.
• Must have completed an apprenticeship, technical school, or relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Technology, Chemical/Plastics Technology Or a related field
• Experience or aptitude in precision manual work.
• Ability to handle delicate materials and components carefully.
• Ability to work within exact tolerances and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with composite materials, including carbon fiber and prepreg, is a strong advantage.
• Ability to read and follow detailed technical work instructions and process documentation.
• Previous experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing is preferred.
• Aerospace or composites training is an advantage.
• Cleanroom or contamination-control certification is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow technical procedures accurately and consistently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform precision manual and technical work in a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Handle delicate aerospace materials, components, and products carefully.
• Work within exact tolerances and established technical specifications.
• Read and follow detailed technical work instructions, production procedures, and process documentation.
• Follow established aerospace manufacturing and quality-control procedures.
• Work with composite materials such as carbon fiber and prepreg when required.
• Prepare, handle, assemble, or process materials and components according to approved procedures.
• Inspect work and components for quality, accuracy, and conformity with specifications.
• Identify defects, irregularities, contamination, or other quality concerns and report them promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cleanroom and assigned work area.
• Follow contamination-control procedures and cleanroom requirements.
• Properly use tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Complete required production and process documentation accurately.
• Follow workplace health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Work closely with technicians, engineers, production personnel, and quality-control teams.
• Perform other related cleanroom and technical duties as assigned.
