Qualifications:

• Professional experience as a Chef is required.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food hygiene standards.
• Passion for creating and delivering high-quality cuisine.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to maintaining high culinary standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and company standards.
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Assist with menu preparation, portion control, and inventory management.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Comply with food safety regulations, health standards, and company policies.
• Help minimize food waste and maintain cost-effective kitchen practices.
