Nambu Co., Ltd. is seeking dedicated and compassionate female Caregivers under the SSW program to provide high-quality care for patients in Japan. The ideal candidate will be physically and mentally fit for work abroad, possess relevant caregiving experience, and meet the required language and skills certifications.

CAREGIVER (SSW)

Qualifications:

  • Female applicants only
  • Age: 20–35 years old
  • Single or married
  • Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience
  • Physically and mentally fit for work abroad
  • JLPT N4 or JFT A2 passer (Japanese language proficiency)
  • Prometric certified Caregiver (CAREGIVER exam passer)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care and assistance to patients, including personal hygiene, mobility support, and feeding
  • Monitor patients’ health and report any changes to supervisors or medical personnel
  • Assist with rehabilitation exercises and activities to improve patient well-being
  • Support patients emotionally and socially to enhance their quality of life
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and activities
  • Follow care plans and adhere to safety and hygiene standards
