Wonik Quartz Taiwan Co., Ltd., a company engaged in the semiconductor wafer industry, is seeking qualified Factory Workers for deployment to Taiwan. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, performing production-related tasks, and assisting in the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of quartz products used in semiconductor production.

Factory Worker

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred.
  • Must be between 20 and 33 years old.
  • Height requirement: 165 cm to 180 cm and above.
  • Vocational Graduate or higher (minimum two-year vocational course).
  • With welding experience in GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and/or CO2 welding.
  • Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, welding, or factory operations is an advantage.
  • First-time overseas applicants and Ex-Taiwan workers are welcome to apply.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing production and factory-related work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willing to work shifts and follow company production schedules.
  • Willing to work in Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform production and manufacturing tasks in accordance with company standards and operating procedures.
  • Operate production equipment, machinery, and tools used in the manufacturing process.
  • Assist in welding, fabrication, assembly, and repair activities as assigned.
  • Conduct welding work using processes such as GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and CO2 welding.
  • Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet manufacturing targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment.
  • Observe and comply with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in handling, transporting, and storing materials within the production facility.
  • Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned by management.
