AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Male applicants preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Airline Transport, Aviation Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of aircraft mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural systems
- Experience in aircraft inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Proficiency in using specialized diagnostic equipment, gauges, circuit testers, and maintenance tools
- Familiarity with aviation regulations, airworthiness requirements, and safety standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of accuracy and safety
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed aircraft inspections before and after flights to identify defects, wear, corrosion, or damage
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural system malfunctions
- Use specialized diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify aircraft faults
- Remove, repair, replace, and install aircraft components and systems according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain and service aircraft engines, hydraulic systems, flight controls, landing gear, and electrical systems
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with aviation regulations and company procedures
- Review technical manuals, engineering drawings, and maintenance instructions
- Record all maintenance work, inspections, repairs, and component replacements in aircraft logbooks
- Support scheduled maintenance programs and unscheduled repair activities
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow aviation safety standards at all times
