Saudi Manpower Solutions Co. (SMASCO) is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Investigation Specialist to join its professional team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling business investigations from intake to resolution while ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Business Investigation Specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in investigations, HR, compliance, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of actual investigation experience
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Proficient in documentation, data analysis, and case management
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business investigations from case intake through closure, including evidence gathering, analysis, interviews, and reporting
- Investigate allegations involving fraud, misconduct, policy violations, and other business irregularities in an impartial and professional manner
- Gather and analyze digital and physical evidence in accordance with chain-of-custody protocols and company standards
- Conduct structured interviews with witnesses, complainants, and subjects of investigation using approved interview techniques
- Prepare detailed investigation reports, case summaries, findings, and recommendations for management review
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, including evidence, interview notes, analyses, and conclusions
- Perform data analysis on transactions, communications, and operational records to identify irregularities and investigation-related patterns
- Support implementation and monitoring of corrective actions, management responses, and disciplinary measures
- Ensure strict confidentiality, integrity, and security of all investigation-related information and documentation
