Coffee Corner Ham For Serving Drinks is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Baristas to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all guests.

BARISTA

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Barista or in a similar food and beverage service role.
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, especially espresso-based drinks.
• Experience in operating coffee machines, grinders, and related café equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, including espresso-based drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, and pour-overs.
• Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
• Grind coffee beans, tamp grounds, and steam milk to precise temperatures and standards.
• Welcome guests warmly, assist them with menu selections, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
• Clean and sanitize coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage preparation tools regularly.
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report shortages as needed.
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional service at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
