Triple J Saipan, Inc. is seeking an experienced Baker to prepare and produce bakery products while maintaining consistent quality, food safety, sanitation, and production standards.

The successful candidate should have at least 24 months of verifiable work experience as a baker, a high school diploma, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including split shifts, holidays, and busy operating days.

Baker

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 24 months of verifiable work experience as a Baker.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and production costs.
• Understanding of techniques used to maximize the efficient manufacture and distribution of bakery products.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes and production schedules.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Physically capable of performing bakery production duties.
• Willing and able to work a split-shift schedule.
• Must be willing to work during busy-operation days, including holidays.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products according to established recipes.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately.
• Follow recipes, production schedules, and written or verbal instructions.
• Operate and monitor baking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Check ingredients and raw materials for quality and freshness.
• Maintain consistent product quality, appearance, taste, and portion sizes.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and production processes.
• Perform quality checks on finished bakery products.
• Properly store ingredients and finished products.
• Help control food costs and minimize material waste.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations.
• Follow established food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Clean and maintain baking equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Assist with production planning and ensure products are prepared according to schedule.
• Work efficiently during high-volume production periods.
• Perform other bakery-related duties as assigned.
