KBR Services LLC is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician (Heavy Equipment) to support maintenance operations in oil and gas and industrial plant environments in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment while ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

AUTO ELECTRICIAN (HEAVY EQUIPMENT)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience as an Auto Electrician for Heavy Equipment.
• Must have maintenance experience with heavy-duty vehicle electrical systems in an Oil & Gas or Industrial Plant environment.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
• Experienced in troubleshooting wiring, control systems, and electrical components.
• Ability to read and understand complex electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Skilled in repairing and maintaining heavy equipment electrical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality work.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic systems of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting of vehicle electrical faults using appropriate testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Repair and replace faulty wiring, electrical components, and system connections.
• Service and replace components such as alternators, starters, batteries, sensors, and other electrical parts.
• Install and maintain vehicle accessories and electrical systems according to specifications.
• Read and interpret complex wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on heavy equipment electrical systems.
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and replaced components.
• Coordinate with mechanical maintenance teams to support complete equipment servicing.
• Follow company safety procedures and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
