Glow Hair Boutique Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, stock control, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, practical experience in retail operations, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an Admin and Accounts role, preferably within the retail fashion industry.
- Strong practical experience in accounting, financial reporting, and stock control.
- Experience with retail inventory systems and POS platforms.
- Exposure to small-to-medium retail business operations.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and reconciliations.
- Manage payroll processing and statutory deductions as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Oversee stock recording, stock movement, and reconciliation across retail operations.
- Monitor inventory levels to minimize shortages, overstocking, and losses.
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with retail and sales teams to ensure accurate stock reporting.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the business.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Support management with reporting, correspondence, and operational administration.
- Ensure strong internal controls for cash handling, stock, and expenses.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
- Assist management with audit preparation and compliance reviews.
