CP Medical Center is seeking a creative and results-driven Brand Manager for deployment to Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and support business growth within the healthcare or retail industry.
BRAND MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong creative, analytical, and project management skills.
- Experience in the retail or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and promotional campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and brand performance data.
- Skilled in coordinating multiple marketing projects and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and marketing tools is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen company image and market presence.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing and promotional campaigns across various platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support brand growth.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials.
- Manage advertising, promotional materials, and brand-related content.
- Monitor brand performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and market impact.
- Ensure all branding and marketing activities align with company objectives and industry standards.
- Assist in product launches, events, and promotional initiatives to increase customer engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, media partners, and marketing agencies when required.
- Support management in developing business growth strategies and customer engagement programs.
