Corporate Services Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
• Solid understanding of mathematics, accounting, and financial processes
• Ethical behavior, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Additional education or experience in corporate management is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day corporate services operations, including administration, facilities, and support services
• Oversee office management, workplace safety, and facility maintenance
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations
• Monitor budgets and control costs related to corporate services
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
• Supervise and support administrative and support staff
• Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational needs
• Lead office expansion, relocation, or process improvement projects
• Manage risk and ensure business continuity plans are in place
