EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant,
- Accounts Officer, or in a similar role supporting senior management is required.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or a related field.
- Proven experience in executive administration and accounting processes, including financial documentation and recordkeeping.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and perform effectively under pressure.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily executive coordination.
- Handle correspondence, emails, reports, and the preparation of business documents.
- Assist with accounting functions, including invoicing, expense tracking, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments, branch offices, clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes as required.
- Monitor office administration, office supplies, and general operational requirements.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative and executive support duties assigned by management.
