Our employer in New Zealand is in need of the following position:

SCAFFOLDER

Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience using the Ringlock scaffold system.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Leading Hand / Team Leader, supervising scaffold crews.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices in construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans and drawings.
  • Good to excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in scaffold installation, dismantling, and crew management.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, dismantle, and support scaffolding structures on construction sites.
  • Supervise scaffold work and ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
  • Interpret site plans, scaffold drawings, and technical instructions accurately.
  • Lead a scaffold crew, providing guidance and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Monitor scaffold integrity and compliance throughout project execution.
