CHARGEHAND MASON

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Masonry, Construction, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas projects
• Prior GCC experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and construction methods
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Physically fit and able to work on-site
• Open to Ex-CCC and Ex-abroad applicants

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide masonry teams in daily tasks
• Ensure masonry work is executed according to project drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Inspect and ensure quality of masonry works, including brickwork, concrete, and blockwork
• Enforce safety procedures on-site and ensure compliance with project safety standards
• Coordinate with foremen, engineers, and other trades to maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintain proper use and handling of materials, tools, and equipment
• Report progress, issues, and work completion to supervisors
