Human Resource Officer

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in human resources management within the resort or hospitality industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are required.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
