Job Description:

• Supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operation and costs.
• Supervise sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene as well as the quality level of hygiene and services.
• Assist Chefs and Kitchen staff with stewarding related tasks are needed.
