Danube Company Ltd. is seeking a skilled Butcher to prepare, cut, and package meat products while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in meat processing and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

BUTCHER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a butcher or in meat processing.
• Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and equipment use.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to company standards.
• Weigh, package, and label meat products for sale or storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries regarding meat products.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering or stock rotation.
• Follow proper handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure product quality.
