Recruitment Officer

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience supporting recruitment for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer Plants, Refineries, Chemical Plants, construction, engineering, or other industrial environments is highly advantageous.
• Must have strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, recruitment coordination, and hiring processes.
• Must be capable of handling multiple vacancies and recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills are required.
• Must be proficient in maintaining recruitment records, candidate databases, reports, and documentation.
• Knowledge of technical and industrial job requirements is an advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, professional, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
• Must be able to work effectively with hiring managers, technical personnel, candidates, and recruitment teams.
• Must be familiar with applicable company recruitment policies and employment procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for technical, skilled, administrative, and industrial positions.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through recruitment platforms, databases, referrals, job fairs, and other appropriate channels.
• Review resumes and applications and screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical or management interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain an updated database of applicants, candidate profiles, interview results, and recruitment status.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, reference checks, medical requirements, and pre-employment documentation.
• Prepare and verify recruitment-related documents, employment records, and candidate information.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Assist in preparing job postings and communicating employment opportunities to potential candidates.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are processed within required timelines.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure selected candidates complete required documentation before deployment or employment.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of candidate and employee information.
• Prepare recruitment reports, staffing updates, and other personnel-related documentation.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, applicable employment requirements, and established procedures.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, recruitment partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
