GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Must have a strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, graphic designs, layouts, and other creative materials.
  • Proficient in graphic design software and applications such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop visually appealing designs that communicate messages effectively and align with brand guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects, work methodically, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand project requirements, accept feedback, and work collaboratively with different teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visual designs, illustrations, and graphic materials for print and digital platforms.
  • Develop layouts and artwork for advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, menus, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Design graphics and visual content for the resort’s website, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Maintain consistent branding, colors, typography, and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to understand design requirements and promotional objectives.
  • Prepare and revise designs based on feedback, brand standards, and project specifications.
  • Edit and enhance photographs and other visual assets using appropriate design software.
  • Ensure that all artwork and design files meet quality standards and are ready for printing or digital publication.
  • Organize and maintain digital design files, templates, and creative assets.
  • Manage assigned projects efficiently and deliver completed designs within established deadlines.
