KBR Services LLC is seeking qualified Kids Play Area Attendants for deployment to Qatar. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising children, maintaining a safe and enjoyable play environment, and ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with club rules, safety standards, and child care practices.

KIDS PLAY AREA ATTENDANT

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in childcare, daycare, play school, nursery, or a similar role.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Friendly, patient, caring, and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication skills, especially when interacting with children and parents.
• Basic knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and childcare practices.
• Ability to handle children calmly, responsibly, and professionally.
• Physically active, alert, and capable of supervising children for extended periods.
• Course certificate in Basic First Aid and CPR is required.
• Training in childcare or early childhood education is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Actively monitor children within the play area to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
• Maintain constant supervision and keep children within sight while they use play facilities and equipment.
• Welcome children and parents in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Explain play area rules, operating hours, and safety guidelines to children and parents.
• Ensure children are treated with care, patience, and attentiveness.
• Enforce play area rules and ensure the proper and age-appropriate use of play equipment.
• Prevent accidents and respond promptly to incidents, injuries, or emergencies.
• Provide basic first aid and immediate assistance when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the play area and equipment.
• Inspect play equipment regularly and report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Encourage positive interaction and participation among children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s activities and safety.
• Maintain records of incidents, attendance, and operational concerns as required.
• Support club activities and assist with children’s events and recreational programs.
