CULTIVATION AGRICULTURE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Physically able to lift and carry heavy objects as required.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and work in outdoor or facility horticulture conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all-around tasks related to facility horticulture and vegetable cultivation.
• Manage operations from sowing, growing, and tending crops to harvesting and preparing for shipment.
• Handle produce carefully to maintain quality standards during harvest and shipping.
• Follow farm procedures for planting, watering, fertilization, pest control, and general crop maintenance.
• Assist with packing and organizing vegetables for distribution.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with farm safety standards.

Requirements:

• Passport
• RESUME with 2×2 picture
• Cert of Employment (COE)
• VOTERS CERTIFICATE
• UMID
• NBI
