HAIRDRESSER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a hairdresser or stylist.
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Beauty Care, Hairdressing, or related field.
• Strong expertise in modern hair techniques and chemical treatments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build client relationships and manage appointments.
• Knowledge of professional salon hygiene standards.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide chemical treatments and professional blowouts.
• Analyze hair type, facial features, and client preferences to recommend suitable hairstyles.
• Offer personalized hair care advice and maintenance routines.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base.
• Manage booking schedules and client appointments efficiently.
• Promote and upsell professional hair care products to maximize revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations.
