Job Vacancy: SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR ENGINEER

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management for complex design projects
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Proficient in cost management and design software (MS Office, MS Project, CAD, Revit, CostX)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ)
• Manage project costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints
• Conduct cost analysis, forecasting, and value engineering
• Review and evaluate contractor bids and tender documents
• Monitor project progress and prepare cost reports
• Coordinate with design and project teams to optimize costs
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements
