Warehouse Picker / Order Fulfillment Associate

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a warehouse picker or in order fulfillment
  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy items safely
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and provide basic customer service support

Responsibilities:

  • Pick and fulfill online orders from store or warehouse accurately and on time
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock counting, replenishment, and organization
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure correct items and quantities are shipped
  • Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with logistics as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
  • Provide support for basic customer service inquiries related to order fulfillment
  • Follow warehouse procedures and safety protocols at all times
  • Assist in other warehouse operations as needed
