Die Cut Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• With valid passport and ready documents
• High school diploma or technical certification in printing, packaging, or related fields.
• Prior experience operating die punching or die-cutting machines preferred.
• Strong understanding of die-cutting tools, materials, and machine operations.

Responsibilities:

• The Die Punching Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die-cutting and punching machines used to cut, crease, or emboss materials such as paperboard, corrugated sheets, plastic, or other packaging substrates.
• The – Set up die-cutting tools, plates, and materials as per job specifications.
• Operate die punching machines to cut, crease, emboss, or perforate materials accurately.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve optimal quality and output.
• Load and unload
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of die punching machines.
• Identify and resolve minor machine faults; escalate major issues to maintenance staff.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of dies and cutting tools

• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
