Namerah Industrial Co. is seeking a skilled Welder experienced in SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), and FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) to perform high-quality welding and fabrication work for industrial projects. The successful candidate will ensure all welding activities comply with applicable engineering specifications, international welding standards, and quality assurance requirements while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant welding experience in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or construction environments.
- Proficient in SMAW (ARC), GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), and FCAW welding processes.
- Familiar with international welding standards such as ASME and CE requirements.
- Knowledgeable in welding inspection methods and quality control procedures.
- Able to prepare and review Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) documents.
- Strong understanding of welding metallurgy, fabrication techniques, and welding safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and technical documentation.
- Skilled in using welding equipment, measuring instruments, and fabrication tools.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding using SMAW (ARC), GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), and FCAW processes on various metal materials and components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, blueprints, and fabrication specifications.
- Prepare base materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, beveling, fitting, and aligning components prior to welding.
- Produce high-quality welds that meet project specifications and applicable welding codes.
- Inspect welded joints for defects and perform repairs or rework when necessary.
- Operate welding machines, cutting equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) during all welding operations.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, CE, and other applicable welding standards and quality control procedures.
- Work closely with welding inspectors, quality control personnel, engineers, and supervisors to maintain production quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of welding equipment.
- Maintain accurate welding records and production documentation as required.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other welding and fabrication duties assigned by management.
