We are seeking a qualified and experienced Warranty Analysis Technician (Quality Assurance) for a steel pipe manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating product quality issues, analyzing warranty-related claims, identifying root causes of defects, and supporting corrective and preventive actions to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement.
WARRANTY ANALYSIS TECHNICIAN (QA)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only
- 45 years old and below
- Must have experience in the steel pipe manufacturing industry
- Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), product inspection, or warranty analysis within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality control systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
- Ability to interpret inspection reports, test results, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment
Responsibilities:
- Investigate warranty-related product issues and analyze customer complaints
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine the source of product defects or failures
- Review inspection records, laboratory results, and production data to support investigations
- Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations
