Seerah Operation & Maintenance Company is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Analysis Technician to manage, evaluate, and report warranty claims for equipment and machinery. The role involves analyzing defects, ensuring compliance with warranty policies, and coordinating with production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve reliability and reduce failures.

Warranty Analysis Technician

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warranty Technician, Quality Technician, or Maintenance Analyst in industrial or mechanical settings.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and failure analysis.
• Ability to perform detailed inspections and testing of equipment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical or vocational certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering is preferred.
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze warranty claims for equipment, machinery, and components.
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures and defects reported under warranty.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify corrective actions.
• Document findings, create reports, and present recommendations for warranty improvements.
• Ensure warranty claims comply with company policies, client contracts, and safety standards.
• Track trends in warranty issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty analysis, testing results, and corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding warranty issues.
