WAITRESS
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage
- Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably as a Waiter/Waitress.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong customer-service skills with a polite, attentive, and professional attitude.
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service to guests.
- Present menus, take accurate orders, and accommodate special customer requests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are complete, accurate, and properly presented.
- Monitor guests’ needs throughout their dining experience and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, tables, service equipment, and workstations.
- Follow strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards set by management.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining consistent service quality.
