WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Waitress or in a similar food and beverage service role.
• Must hold a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent, high-quality performance with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, present menus, and assist customers with menu selections and special requests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction by staying attentive to customer needs throughout the dining experience.
• Verify that food orders are prepared correctly by the kitchen staff and are presented to guests according to quality standards.
• Refill beverages, clear tables, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards established by management.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision while consistently delivering high-quality service.
